Together, you’ll work on identifying and expressing your thoughts, feelings and needs, setting healthy boundaries, and building communication skills that support meaningful connections. Whether you're navigating romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, therapy can help you shift long-standing patterns and deepen your sense of self-worth.

Using approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and talk therapy, Jade supports clients in releasing the weight of past experiences, breaking free from shame cycles, and moving forward with clarity and strength.

Both in-person and virtual sessions are available for flexibility and access in your healing process.

Healing happens in connection and in-person sessions offer a grounded, supportive space to do this work face-to-face. Whether you’re navigating trauma, seeking more confidence and self-trust, or working through life’s challenges, this is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. Using evidence based therapies, somatic techniques, and personalized approach, we’ll work together to help you move forward in a way that feels good to you. In-person sessions are available only on Thursdays from 2:30pm to 8pm at Squamish Counselling Centre.

This isn’t just any counselling - this is a personalized, creative, and trauma informed approach designed to help you heal in a way that truly resonates with you. it’s important to us that we start our journey together with a free 15-minute consultation to explore your goals, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit. If we decide to work together, sessions typically begin within 1-2 weeks. Counselling is a collaborative and evolving process, and you are always encouraged to share what’s working, what’s not, and what you need as we move forward.
