I remember discovering how creativity can be a lifeline, a way to process emotions that feel too big for words, a way to reclaim the parts of myself that have been buried under pain and survival. That’s why my approach isn’t just about talking - it’s about experiencing healing in a way that feels real, embodied, and lasting.

Jade’s Approach

Through a blend of Creative Arts Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jade helps women like you reconnect with themselves, release shame, and rediscover their sense of self. Alongside these expressive and body-based approaches, she also integrates evidence based therapies like EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, ensuring that your healing journey is both deeply personal and clinically grounded.
