For over a decade, I’ve helped women heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of low self-worth. My approach blends talk therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Creative Arts Therapies to support both emotional and nervous-system healing.
Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process. It’s about helping you release the patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your strength, and create a life that feels aligned, grounded, and authentic.

Jade Honce, MA, RDT, CCC, RCC
I discovered early on that creativity can be a lifeline — a way to give shape to emotions that feel too big for words and to reconnect with parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide to survive. Through my own journey and the work I do with clients, I’ve seen how true healing happens when we engage the whole self — mind, body, and creative spirit.
My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation and the understanding that our patterns — even the ones that hold us back — once helped us stay safe. By bringing compassion and awareness to where those patterns came from, we can begin to loosen their grip and make space for something new.
For me, healing is about more than symptom relief; it’s about rebuilding a sense of safety within your body, processing old trauma in a way that feels manageable, and rediscovering your inherent self-worth. Creativity becomes a bridge in that process — helping you experience healing not just as a concept, but as something felt, lived, and embodied.
Jade’s Approach
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s a deeply personal process that unfolds at your own pace. My approach weaves together both creative and evidence-based therapies to support the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system.
I integrate talk therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-based Therapy to help women reconnect with themselves, release shame, and cultivate inner safety. These experiential approaches invite awareness, self-expression, and gentle nervous system regulation.
Alongside this, I incorporate clinically grounded methods such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. Together, these approaches create a balance between insight and embodiment — helping you not only understand your patterns but truly experience transformation from the inside out.
