  • This space is for current clients, past clients, and anyone who wants therapeutic tools without booking ongoing sessions. It’s a supportive hub for people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, stress, self-esteem, or general emotional overwhelm.

  • No. These tools can support you whether you’re currently in therapy, between therapists, or simply wanting guidance in your personal growth.

  • You’ll find somatic regulation practices, grounding exercises, guided meditations, attachment reflections, boundary tools, journaling prompts, and worksheets designed to support emotional wellbeing and everyday regulation.

  • No. They’re supportive additions — not replacements. If you’re struggling with safety, trauma activation, or complex emotional concerns, working with a therapist is still important.

  • New tools are added as I create more meditations, worksheets, psychoeducation, and creative exercises. You can check back anytime for fresh content. I’ll be letting you know when I’ve added fresh content.

  • Move slowly. You’re not expected to use everything at once. Pick one tool at a time and return whenever you feel ready. If you’re a current client, we can always talk through what might be most helpful for you right now.

  • You’ll have ongoing access as long as you’re subscribed or have been granted client access. I’ll always let you know before anything changes.

  • To respect the therapeutic nature and copyright of the materials, please keep your login private and avoid sharing files directly. You’re welcome to encourage others to sign up themselves.
