I focus my work with women only at this time. I specialize in working with women affected by trauma and are experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. I also work well with women looking to enhance their relationships and who are seeking empowerment and authenticity in their lives.
I am part of a counselling collective at the Squamish Counselling Clinic and see individual clients virtually, with some in-office availability. Please see Hours of Operation listed below for more details.
My approach is creative, empathic, mindful and trauma informed.

Therapy groups typically meet once a week for 1.5 hours for a total of 6-8 sessions. Creative group therapy sessions are designed to target the specific needs of the individuals within the group. Group therapy can help participants feel included, connected and supported by others who are experiencing similar challenges. This service is offered as requested in the Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, and Vancouver, BC area.
Video and telephone counselling sessions are available upon request. I work mostly virtual with some in- office availability. All virtual counselling services are done through Zoom which is a secure encrypted video conferencing platform. All you need is access to a computer or smart phone that has the Zoom app, a private space to have the session and a stable Wifi connection.
