That’s why my approach isn’t just about talking—it’s about experiencing healing in a way that feels real, embodied, and lasting.

Alongside these expressive and body-based approaches, she also integrates evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, ensuring that your healing journey is both deeply personal and clinically grounded.
